RV reviving technique for scorched rubber
Materials–Scorched rubberwaste
First, cut the self-vulcanized or scorching rubber into particles through mechanical shearing, and then add RV rubber reclaiming agent. The dosage shall be determined according to the scorching situation. The lightly scorching rubber can be revived with 0.5~1 part by weight, heavily scorching rubber added with 1.5~2 parts by weight, and completely
self-vulcanized rubber with 3 parts by weight (calculated in 100 parts by weight, the quality part of the compound rubber). Attention shall be paid that the scorching rubber shall be sulfur vulcanized series, and there are no effects for the rubber vulcanized by peroxid.
Reviving process：
First, adjust the roll pitch of the open mill to 0.2-0.3mm, mill run the scorching rubber of 100 parts by weight and the reviving agent of the scorching rubber of 0.5-1 part by weight by the open mill, and sheet after about 10 times, and the reviving is achieved. The customers can adjust the amount of the reviving agent and times for mill running in accordance with the scorching situation of the rubber.
Rubber crusher used to crush the rubber into granular or net meshes and then using the RV tech conveyor to refine the rubber waste and reclaiming agent, the process can restore the rubber plasticity by mechcano-chemical technique and finally finished the reclaiming process.
